All programs give you the opportunity to determine where you are on the road to balanced and healthy living, along with the knowledge and tools to make sustainable healthy changes in your daily lives. What is unique about The Ranch is the 30-day program prior to their arrival. Through a series of suggested exercise, diet and healthy living assignments intended to prepare you for your first time on-site, and many guests start their health transformation during this period, gaining strength and losing weight even before they step foot on the property. The Ranch has exclusive sustainability activities like:
An on-site certified organic garden that provides the majority of the site’s food. Plants unable to harvest on-site are sourced from local farms, and the remaining food left is donated to local food banks.
An outdoor garden cafe at The Ranch Malibu and post-hike lunches on the beach.
500 pounds of honey are being produced by the bee colonies at The Ranch.
Hiking might be the most famous activity at The Ranch and the staff is maintaining local trails and removing litter from the state and federal park lands, including local beaches.
